Once a user is logged in, they will be able to see their initials or Profile picture in the top navigation bar. Clicking on this will open a menu with the following options:
My Profile
Sign Out
Choosing My Profile will enable the user to Edit Profile or Change Password.
With the exception of Email and Company, users will be able to update and Save the following fields:
Full Name*
Title
Work Phone
Mobile Phone
Time Zone
Language
They will also be able to Change or Remove their Profile Picture.
*Required field.
BluePoint, Drive, Drive O&M, and Greenbyte users should NOT use the Change Password button.
Users with Single Sign On who wish to update their credentials should instead follow the instructions described in Reset Password: Support Portal, Greenbyte & BluePoint.
