In this release:

Event code set - Reset

Users can now reset event code overrides at both Enterprise and Site levels, streamlining configuration and restoring defaults with a single click.

Event code set - Overrides

Enterprise-level override updates now preserve site-specific customizations, with clear messaging in the override form and replay guidance for event reprocessing.

Remote Reset dashboard

We’ve introduced a dedicated dashboard under Monitor for managing and tracking all remote reset records.

Key capabilities

  • View all resets in one place: See device, status, event links, timestamps, and more.

  • Filter your view: Quickly narrow by date range or device.

  • Create new reset records: With required details, including optional notes and event links.

  • Edit or delete existing records: Update key information or remove when needed.

  • Link resets to events: Connect a reset with its related event for better context.

  • Permission-based access: Only authorized users can create, edit, or delete records.

On-site access 

The new On-Site Access feature in Unity APM makes it easier to manage and track who is on site and which devices they are working on.

Key capabilities

  • Create and manage site access records from a centralized dashboard.

  • Assign access to both internal and third-party users.

  • Track and manage third-party user information for better visibility.

  • Receive automatic email notifications when site access is assigned.

  • Review audit history in a dedicated tab to see who created or modified records.

Tasks

We are introducing a new Tasks dashboard in Unity APM to make it easier to create, assign, and track work items across your assets. 


With this release, you can:

  • Create and manage tasks directly from the dashboard.

  • View tasks in a grouped manner by due date to quickly see what is coming and what is overdue.

  • Assign tasks to self or internal users with priority levels and due dates.

  • Update status as work progresses (Open, In Progress, Done).

  • Link tasks to events from event details for full context.
